Fire watch in South San Francisco
Fire watch in South San Francisco.
A dedicated officer making non-stop rounds while your South San Francisco building’s fire alarm or sprinklers are down, with a time-stamped log.
Fire watch, set up for your site.
Labs, warehouses, hotels and office buildings all lose fire protection now and then: a panel fault, a sprinkler shutdown for a tenant buildout, a test that runs long. Until it’s back, someone has to walk the building.
The fire watch officer does one thing. They keep moving through the affected areas, watch for smoke, heat and hazards, keep exits clear and sound the alarm and call for help if needed. Every round goes in a timed log that stays on site for your facilities team, the contractor and inspectors.
Call as soon as you know the system is down. We’ll set it up fast. Fire watch can run one night, a weekend or a full buildout, and can sit alongside regular security on construction sites.

A few useful answers
Common questions.
How do we know if we need fire watch?
Your alarm or sprinkler contractor will say so, or the fire department will. Then call us for the officer.
How quickly can a fire watch officer get here?
Call us. Fire watch is usually last-minute and we move fast to cover it.
Can our lobby guard do fire watch too?
Better as a separate post, so rounds don’t stop for check-ins.
What's in the log?
Round times, areas covered and anything the officer saw.
